International Journal of Emerging Trends in Science and Technology, Vol. 2 No. 11 (2015), 1 November 2015 , Page 3311-3315

This paper deals with recognition of facial expressions with the help of neural network. The working
methodology include face detection , features extraction, points selection for calculating distance then
sending these calculated length to neural network for training. This paper briefly describes the working of
FERS. In this paper, we proposed a model of facial expression recognition, which is fast, reasonably
simple, and accurate.

Modern handheld devices such as smart phones and PDAs have become increasingly powerful in recent
years. It mainly uses Android architecture. Android is the world's most popular mobile platform. It provides
features like easy access to internet, many free applications, notifications, GPS, Wi-Fi, etc. These all can
help to keep students updated regarding to their academics as well as events through mobile notifications.
With help of this platform we can automate the system used in college for railway concession. The existing
system is totally mechanical and the proposed will overcome this drawback and also provides features like
notifying students all the upcoming events, registrations, examination form filling, etc. using real time data.
The student can also retrieve individual results by entering seat number. This application is complete
package for students to keep themselves updated regarding to their academics and college events like
cultural, sports, committee, competitions, etc.

Dietary Pattern and Prevalence of Malnutrition in School Girls (13 to 15 years) in Nagpur and Chennai

International Journal of Emerging Trends in Science and Technology, Vol. 2 No. 11 (2015), 1 November 2015 , Page 3319-3324

Out of 300 School goers (13- 15 years), 150 girls were selected randomly from Nagpur (Maharashtra) and
Chennai (Tamil Nadu) to study the dietary pattern and prevalence of malnutrition. Intake of energy,
carbohydrate, fat, protein, fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium and Zinc was deficient as compared to RDA by
ICMR in all the groups from Nagpur and Chennai. Significant difference (p>0.05,p>0.01) was found in the
intake of carbohydrate in normal weight girls of two cities. The consumption was high in Nagpur as
compared to Chennai. Intake of fiber was significantly different (p>0.05,p>0.01) Intake of iron was
Significantly different (p>0.05,p>0.01) in normal weight girls (p>0.05) thus iron was more in the diet of
Nagpur children than Chennai. In case of calcium and magnesium significant difference was seen (p>0.05)
the intake was high in normal weight, and underweight girls of Nagpur than Chennai.

Health plays a crucial role in our life. The main aim of this project is to implement the system which keeps
on monitoring the patient and saves him in the case of emergency Wireless communication system is
designed and developed for remote patient monitoring. The primary function of this system is to monitor the
temperature, heartbeat, pulse rate of a patient’s body, and display the same to the doctor through RF
communication.

Yahova! A Treatise on the ‘Voice Signal Yahova’, Male-Voice Heard by Author!

Dr. Rojukurthi Sudhakar Rao

International Journal of Emerging Trends in Science and Technology, Vol. 2 No. 11 (2015), 1 November 2015 , Page 3329-3340

It is noteworthy that there are several kinds of signals in this World received by our Ears like voices and
sounds. Interpretation of an unusual voice signal is the main focus of this Research Paper, preferably called a
Treatise on the Male Voice signal heard by the Author. The specific Voice in its male tone just uttered only one
single Word, namely, Yahova! The alert mind had no confusion to recognize the gently expression of the sound
of the Voice which is without harshness and so recorded in its input signal memory storage for ever. It has the
first time quality and value experience of a single word signal as there are no repetitions of the Voice signal
.The Author applies his Indian Mind and Method in this Paper to organise the presentation of the Treatise:
Yahova! A Treatise on the ‘Voice Signal Yahova’, Male-Voice Heard by Author!
The Voice Signal Yahova has become the single clue available for a silent grasp of the Creation enabling the
Nature’s Systamaticism Theory in the own words of the Author explained more than necessary with definite
illustrations.

From the effects of significant earthquakes (since the early 1980s) it is concluded that the seismic risks in urban areas are
increasing and are far from socio-economically acceptable levels. There is an urgent need to reverse this situation and it is
believed that one of the most effective ways of doing this is through: (1) the development of more reliable seismic standards and
code provisions than those currently available and (2) their stringent implementation for the complete engineering of new
engineering facilities. A performance-based design is aimed at controlling the structural damage based on precise estimations of
proper response parameters. This is possible if more accurate analyses are carried out, including all potential important factors
involved in the structural behavior.
With an emphasis on providing stakeholders, owner the information needed to make rational business or safety-related decisions,
design practice has moved toward predictive methods for assessing potential seismic performance and has led to the
development of performance based engineering methods for seismic design.

Toxicologic Pathology of Carbaryl in Pigeons in Basrah/ Iraq

International Journal of Emerging Trends in Science and Technology, Vol. 2 No. 11 (2015), 1 November 2015 , Page 3364-3369

The present research project was done on toxicologica pathology of carbaryl in local pigeons, in four
group: untreated control, low dose (12.5mg/kg), intermediate dose (25 mg/kg) and high dose(50 mg/kg).
The study showed varying degree of histopathological changes in liver, kidney, heart, pancreas, intestine
and lung. Those histopathological changes varied from centrilopullarvacuolation of hepatocyte in liver,
dilated/ vacuolated proximal convoluted tubules in kidney with glomerular with high cellularity, lung
showed area inflammatory cells, pancreas with congested blood vessels and interstesial fibrosis, heart
with vacuolation of myocardial cells, odema and actopicadpose tissue, intestine showed increase
number of mucus gland and thickendmuscularisexterna. In conclusion it appeared that carbaryl can
induced various toxicologic pathologic lesion in various visceral organ as above. The changes were
more prominent and marked in high dose treated group.
